At the Lamborghini Store, we ensure that every purchase meets our standards of excellence; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact to maintain the integrity of our luxury collection.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original Lamborghini branded packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure accurate processing.
Secure Shipping
Affix the provided pre-paid luxury courier label to the exterior of your package and schedule a collection or drop it off at an authorized shipping boutique.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
